Jim Roolf:
Retired banker after more than 50 years in the industry finishng my career at Old National Bank in Joliet. During my career I was heavily involved in government relations work at the state and national levels and I testified before the U.S.House Financial Services Committee.
Active in many Joliet and Will County organizations. Former Board Member of the Illinois State Tollway Authority; former Chairman of Silver Cross Hospital; two-time Chairman of the Will County Center for Economic Development; and Chairman of the Illinois Bankers Association.
- During my time with the Tollway I lead the effort to build the I-355 extension (I-80 north to I-55) as well as the interchange at I-57 and I-294.
- At Silver Cross Hospital lead the Board when construction of the new hospital campus was completed.
